The breakfast is great, and the location is beautiful near to the jungle, forest and all the major beaches like OM/Kudle /Gokarna. It offers GOOD service.

The staff here were very helpful and friendly, and the location is fantastic, being so close to Kudle, Om, and other beaches, as well as the coast nearby.

the room was tidy, featured climate control, television, and tea/coffee making equipment. i greatly enjoyed all the facilities and the exceptionally good view. it was based in new building in a particularly good location, in the farms. the staff was consistently courteous and very welcoming in managing every request.

I had a great time at this hotel surrounded by lush greenery, with clean and spacious rooms and courteous housekeeping staff. The location was perfect, in the midst of nature, near a beach, and with adventure activities that were professionally conducted. I especially enjoyed the guided nature walk and swimming in the awesome pool.

The chef is attentive to specific requirements. Guests can enjoy a well presented, hygienic and decent breakfast. The villas offer great views.
